History of Numerology

Numerology is the study and interpretation of numbers as symbols that carry meaning, pattern, and value.

The roots of numerology reach back to the earliest human encounters with number, pattern, rhythm, and order. From counting days and lunar cycles to observing proportion, repetition, and harmony in nature, numbers have long seemed to point beyond simple quantity.
